Delivery and Installation
All bespoke commissions include delivery to a London address, free of charge within the M25. We can deliver to other destinations including worldwide by arrangement. Installation is an additional cost and will be calculated per item and destination.
Our normal lead time is 4 weeks from deposit or sign off of drawings if they are required. Drawings will normally be finalised within 2 weeks of receipt of your order with deposit. Substantial alterations by clients will extend this schedule

International delivery
If you are an international customer and would like to purchase an item from the online store, please email me at richard@richardhackney.co.uk to so we can calculate delivery costs. Worldwide installation can be quoted for as well.
Returns
Returns are at the cost of the customer where no fault of Richard Hackney has occurred. Faulty products will be replaced as efficiently as possible by Richard Hackney's workshop.
Guarantee
The efficacy of electrical components specified or supplied by clients and not part of Richard Hackney’s normal supply are not the responsibility of Richard Hackney and cannot be guaranteed against failure unless faults arising can be shown to be because of a failure by Richard Hackney’s workshop.
Any claimed defects or faults of the supplied item must be notified to Richard Hackney within 4 weeks of delivery, and such complaint must be made prior to installation of the item. Richard Hackney grants a warranty for 12 months relating to failure of any item [excl. electrical items see note above] not caused by client or third party damage or general wear and tear.
Samples
Samples of metal and other materials will be supplied as requested as soon as practical after receipt of a deposit. Some specialist finishes and materials will require longer lead times for samples and may be subject to additional costs. In those cases clients will be advised.
Privacy Policy
Client information will not be shared with third parties without permission from the client, unless specific projects require the sharing of information.
